Timothy K. Babcock
Partner Timothy K. Babcock is a long-time resident of Bluffton. Born in Lexington, Kentucky, he attended Bluffton High School and graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with High Distinction with a Bachelor’s Degree in Germanic Studies and a minor in English. He was a member of Phi Eta Sigma and Phi Beta Kappa honorary fraternities. Tim also graduated from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, with a strong emphasis in estate planning and taxation. While in Atlanta, he participated in several internship programs including an internship with the Internal Revenue Service. Tim is admitted to practice law before all Indiana state courts and the Federal District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana and is an Estate Planning and Administration Specialist as certified in Indiana by the Estate Planning and Administration Specialty Certification Board.
